  • ½ tablespoon avocado flesh (7 g).

  • Virgin coconut oil.
  • 1-2 drops tea tree oil.


  • Mixing 1-2 drops of the essential oil in the carrier oil.

You can use olive oil, castor oil, grape seeds oil, almond oil, jojoba oil instead of coconut oil.
